Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese2 cups (450g)
  • Ranch seasoning (or garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill)1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice1 tsp
  • Carrot sticks, cucumber, peppers2 cups mixed

Method

    Blend the cottage cheese, seasoning and lemon juice until completely smooth - 30 seconds.
