Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt (0-2% fat)300g
  • Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)1 cup (140g)
  • Granola or muesli3 tbsp (25g)
  • Honey1 tsp
  • Chia or flax seeds1 tbsp

Method

    Dump the yogurt in a bowl. If using frozen berries, microwave them 40 seconds first - the warm juice is the best part.
