- Rolled oats2 cups (180g)
- Vanilla protein powder4 scoops (120g)
- Milk (any kind)3 cups (720ml)
- Peanut butter4 tbsp (64g)
- Chia seeds2 tbsp
- Banana, sliced1 large
Method

Grab 4 jars or containers with lids. Split the oats, chia and protein powder between them.

Add milk to each and stir until there are no dry pockets of powder at the bottom.

Swirl 1 tbsp peanut butter into each jar, top with banana slices, lid on, fridge.
