- Peanut butter3/4 cup (190g)
- Honey1/4 cup (85g)
- Vanilla protein powder2 scoops (60g)
- Chia seeds3 tbsp
- Ground flaxseed3 tbsp
- Dark chocolate chips1/4 cup (45g)

Mix everything in one bowl until it holds together when squeezed. Too dry? A splash of milk fixes it.
