Ingredients

  • Rolled oats2 cups (180g)
  • Peanut butter3/4 cup (190g)
  • Honey1/4 cup (85g)
  • Vanilla protein powder2 scoops (60g)
  • Chia seeds3 tbsp
  • Ground flaxseed3 tbsp
  • Dark chocolate chips1/4 cup (45g)

Method

    Mix everything in one bowl until it holds together when squeezed. Too dry? A splash of milk fixes it.

    Roll into 16 balls - wet hands make it painless. Two balls is a serving.

    Fridge in a container. They firm up in an hour and disappear within the week.
