Ingredients

  • Cooked, cold rice2 cups (350g)
  • Eggs4 large
  • Frozen peas1 cup (140g)
  • Cooked chicken or ham, diced150g
  • Soy sauce2 tbsp
  • Sesame or vegetable oil1 tbsp
  • Spring onions, sliced2

Method

    Get the pan properly hot with the oil. Scramble the eggs first, break them up, push to one side.

    Add the rice and peas, and stir-fry 3-4 minutes until the rice starts to catch.

    Toss in the meat and soy sauce, stir everything together for 2 minutes.

    Finish with spring onions. One pan, one wooden spoon, done.
