- Cooked, cold rice2 cups (350g)
- Eggs4 large
- Frozen peas1 cup (140g)
- Cooked chicken or ham, diced150g
- Soy sauce2 tbsp
- Sesame or vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Spring onions, sliced2
Method

Get the pan properly hot with the oil. Scramble the eggs first, break them up, push to one side.

Add the rice and peas, and stir-fry 3-4 minutes until the rice starts to catch.

Toss in the meat and soy sauce, stir everything together for 2 minutes.
