Ingredients
- Salmon fillets4 (500g)
- Baby potatoes, halved500g
- Green beans, trimmed300g
- Cherry tomatoes250g
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Lemon1, in wedges
- Garlic, sliced3 cloves
Method

Oven to 200°C. Toss the potatoes with half the oil on a lined tray and roast 12 minutes first.

Add beans, tomatoes and garlic, then nestle the salmon on top. Oil, salt, pepper over everything.

Roast 15-18 minutes until the salmon flakes with a fork.

Squeeze lemon over the whole tray and carry it to the table. One tray, four plates.
