  • Wholemeal pita1 large
  • Sliced deli turkey120g
  • Avocado1/2
  • Greek yogurt1 tbsp
  • Tomato, sliced1 small
  • Lettuce or spinach1 handful

Method

    Halve the pita and open the pockets. Toast it if you have 2 spare minutes - worth it.

    Mash the avocado with the yogurt, salt and pepper, and spread inside both halves.

    Stuff with turkey, tomato and greens. Eat over a plate - the tomato will drip.
