- Wholemeal pita1 large
- Sliced deli turkey120g
- Avocado1/2
- Greek yogurt1 tbsp
- Tomato, sliced1 small
- Lettuce or spinach1 handful
Method

Halve the pita and open the pockets. Toast it if you have 2 spare minutes - worth it.

Mash the avocado with the yogurt, salt and pepper, and spread inside both halves.

Stuff with turkey, tomato and greens. Eat over a plate - the tomato will drip.
