Turkey Meatballs in Marinara

Ingredients
- Turkey mince (7% fat)800g
- Egg1 large
- Breadcrumbs1/2 cup (50g)
- Parmesan, grated1/2 cup (40g)
- Marinara sauce2 jars (1.2kg)
- Spaghetti300g dry
- Garlic powder + dried oregano1 tsp each
Method

Mix turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, parmesan and seasoning. Roll into golf-ball meatballs - wet hands stop the sticking.

Brown them in a wide pan with a little oil, 5-6 minutes. Don't crowd; do two rounds if needed.

Pour in the marinara, cover, and simmer 12 minutes while the spaghetti boils.

Serve half over pasta tonight. Cool the rest in sauce and freeze flat in bags.
